For Immediate Release - April 21, 2004 - Bill Sites, CGA, owner of Sites Jewelers in Clarksville was named President of the American Gem Society (AGS) Saturday April 5th in Atlanta. The AGS is a professional association of fine jewelers with members in the United States, Canada and Europe.

Sites has been an active participant in the AGS since receiving his gemologist degree in 1976. He has served three terms on the Board of Directors, worked on several committees and acted as co-chair on the International Admissions Committee. Sites believes that his membership in the AGS has been a key factor in the success of his business.
